ABOUT US
Canine Therapy for First Responders is a non profit organization dedicated to providing support to First Responders and their families. In 2018, after the tragic shooting deaths of two Fredericton Police Officers and two civilians, friends and family members from Family and Industry came together to develop a Facility Dog program dedicated to First Responders to aid and assist with their mental health within the workplace.
Our dogs are specially trained to provide emotional support, comfort, and therapeutic assistance to First Responders and their families. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for First Responders to seek and receive assistance. We strive to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of those who serve our communities.
